A charming house in a secluded desert community

This rendering was designed as a model home for a desert community. Modeled after the rustic European style, using natural stone, a neutral color palette, and dark wood accents, this home creates a very cozy, "down to earth," atmosphere.

This particular home is roughly 1400 and includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a laundry room, and large, open living area. The house also utilizes several modern technologies. For example, the entire house in run on solar power, it also has remote-controlled shutters that can close over the windows during intense storms or sunlight.

The house also has views of the picturesque river running beside a small walking street. The community itself has no cars, everything is close enough to walk or bike to. A thing you rarely see in modern towns.

The master bedroom was designed as a quite yet luxurious retreat where one could enjoy the warmth of the fireplace or the joy of reading in solitude. It features a lovely onsuite bathroom and closet, as well as a double-sided fireplace, and a reading corner.
